Subarea Design Open House - May 9, 2018

The second public information open house for the Planning Phase is planned for Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Center for People In Need, 3901 N. 27th St., in Lincoln, NE.

The open house is intended to gather input from the public on design concept sketches and several topics relative to the area of N. 33rd & Cornhusker such as:

  • Land Use
  • Development/Redevelopment
  • Aesthetics
  • Transportation
  • Connectivity
  • Floodplain
  • Trails
  • Quality of Life

Members of the public may stop by any time between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to talk one-on-one with the project team. No formal presentation will be given.  Representatives from the RTSD and City of Lincoln will also be on hand to answer questions and receive feedback.

The meeting facility is accessible for persons with disabilities, and a Spanish interpreter will be available. Parking is available on the south side of the building. Families are welcome, and refreshments will be provided.
